Krigbaum

Founder | BCBA

Hello! My name is Rachel Krigbaum and I am a BCBA and the Founder of On Track ABA Therapy. I have 9 years of experience working in schools and in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. I earned my undergraduate degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Fort Hays State University and my Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of Cincinnati. Over the past 9 years, I have worked as a Registered Behavior Technician, RBT Team Leader, Clinical Supervisor, and Clinical Director in the field of ABA.  This has allowed me to learn and understand all roles and responsibilities required to provide the overall best care to each child. During these work experiences, I kept feeling a pull to do more, to provide services across all settings, and to make sure that my clients and their families have all of the support needed to be successful.  In order to reach these goals, I decided to go out on my own in an effort to provide comprehensive services to every client and their families.

When I work with a child, I have a sense of urgency and drive to provide that child with everything I have in those moments. I truly believe that every interaction matters (you never know what moment is going to have the biggest impact).  I enjoy finding a child's interests and making it a personal goal to make myself and the activities/skills I present fun and engaging.  My goal when working with clients and their families is to be able to provide individualized programming for each child and family at home, at school, and/or in the community so the client is able to stay on track throughout all transitions and stages of his or her life.

BCBA

My name is Molly Conner and I am from Kansas City, MO  where I live with my husband and 2 year old daughter. I grew up in Overland Park, Kansas and attended the University Missouri where I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Special Education and Psychology in 2013. I received my Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University in May of 2016.

I have worked in the field of ABA since 2015, starting as an RBT in a clinical ABA setting and becoming a clinical supervisor until 2017. In 2017 I began working as a behavior consultant for a school district in Overland Park, Kansas. I returned to the ABA clinical setting in the fall of 2019. I have worked with children with developmental delays and other disabilities since I was in high school and my love for serving this community grows with each experience and each child I work with. I am so excited to continue my career in ABA with Rachel and join the On-Track ABA team!
